Super Yummy Chocolate Frosting
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 - 1 cup milk (I found 1/2 c. is just right)
4 cups powdered sugar
The original recipe said to add the milk last, but I found that it is best to mix 1/2 cup of milk with softened and creamed butter and the vanilla. Then add the cocoa. Mix in well. Then add the sugar slowly. Otherwise you end up with lots of clumps of cocoa and sugar. :)
This is so good you might just want to eat it by itself. Frosts a three layer round cake.
